100 SUBSCRIBERS

We made it! When I began blogging last winter, 100 subscribers was my end-of-the-year goal, and though it's a small beginning, I'm so excited to be here. I'm incredibly grateful to each one of you who's been kind enough to subscribe and support my author journey! Thank you.

BLOG CHANGES

1 | Changing My Author Name

*Dramatic gasp* Yes, after much consideration, I'm changing my author name to Ava Hope. I've been publishing poetry under this name, so it makes sense to keep all my work under a consistent pseudonym. I also figured it would be easier to change it now rather than later when I'm pursuing traditional publication. Thus, the domain for my blog will be changing also. You will no longer be able to find me at avacoulterauthor.com. Instead, it will be changing to avahopeauthor.com on November 22nd. 😉

2 | Updated Website

I plan on doing some changes to my website design soon. I at least need a new logo and an updated "about" page. Since this is my author site, I want to narrow my branding and making things look more professional. This won't change much of anything, except how things look visually, but I will certainly keep you posted if anything major happens.

3 | Expanding My Platform

God recently opened a door for me and is leading me to start a podcast. While I can't share many details now, I am beyond excited for this opportunity and to launch my show in 2024. I'm also working on getting my author Instagram page and email list established, and I can't wait to share them with you all.
